Confirmation of reservation: Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of an email from Dungallan Country House. Please note that without this email, your stay is not confirmed. Credit card details are taken at the time of booking to reserve the room. No charge is deducted. Full payment is made on the morning of departure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to/including 48 hours of arrival are not charged. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are charged the cost of the 1st night’s stay.
Arrival/departure: Bedrooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. If you anticipate arriving earlier than this, please let us know and we will endeavour to ensure your room is available. We are also happy to store your luggage for you until you are ready to check in should this be required. If your arrival time is late in the evening, please let us know at the time of booking. Our check-out time is 11am however, should you wish to check out before our breakfast start time of 8am, please let us know and we will make arrangements for you.
Children: Dungallan Country House has a strictly over 18 years of age policy. Any guest that arrives with children under this age will unfortunately have to seek alternative accommodation.
Pets: Dungallan Country House cannot accept pets; this also includes our garden areas.
Parking: We have a large car park which has direct access to the main building. Guests use the car park at their own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle.
Electric cars: Dungallan Country House has an electric car charging point for the sole use of guests. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you wish to use the charger and we will arrange a token for you.
Smoking: Dungallan Country House have a strict indoor no-smoking policy which includes electronic cigarettes. If smoking in the garden areas, please ask a member of staff for an ashtray.
Damage/theft to Dungallan Country House property: We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any damage that occurred to your room or the guest house during your stay or for items that are missing after you leave. We have 7 working days to do this.
Personal belongings: The hotel is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should guests leave personal belongings behind, they will be securely stored. Where possible, items will be shipped to the guest’s home address. Each room is equipped with a laptop-size safe.
